How many riders per jet ski?
There are only 2 riders allowed per jet ski. This is to make sure you can operate the watercraft safely
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, each party requires a $650 security deposit via Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. Meaning, if you are renting 2 jet skis, it will still only be a $650 deposit which will be returned upon arrival, after the craft has been inspected for damage.
What are the age requirements?
Must be 18+ to rent and drive, or 10+ to ride with legal guardian. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to drive, and no one under the age of 10 is allowed to ride.
How many jet skis can I rent at one time?
Currently, we are only allowing 2 jet skis per party. This is due to insurance purposes.
How can I lose my security deposit?
There are multiple ways to forfeit your security deposit. It can be lost by but not limited too: Flipping the jet ski, damage to jet ski in anyway (cosmetic or mechanical), damage to other peoples property, injury to self, injury to other people, Speeding in the no wake zone (which is explained during safety training) and more.
Do you provide lifejackets?
Yes! We provide all of the safety equipment, waivers and instruction needed to enjoy your rental safely.
What happens if I wreck the jet ski, injure myself, or others and it exceeds the security deposit?
If damage or injury in anyway exceeds the security deposit amount, you (the renter) will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the incident.
How many people can be in my party?
We can accommodate parties up to 20. Although, due to insurance reasons you can only rent up to 2 jet skis at any given time. However, you are allowed to switch riders/drivers as many times as you like within your rental period. We can accommodate larger parties upon request.
Is there storage to keep my belongings?
Yes, there are 2 storage compartments on the jet ski. the first, is in the front and easily accessible. The other is under the seat, for belongings you don’t need immediate access to.
What happens if I have to cancel because of the weather?
Don’t worry, you will be refunded 100% of the cost of your reservation if the weather does not permit safe riding conditions. However, If the weather is safe even if it is cloudy you will not be able to get a refund.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, unfortunately the total weight of riders on 1 jet ski cannot exceed 400 pounds. If it does, then only 1 rider will be allowed to ride on the jet ski. If the one rider exceeds 400 pounds, they will not be permitted to ride.
